Doug Jaraczewski, President of CFG, Inc.

Doug Jaraczewski – President & CEO of CFG, Inc.
Doug Jaraczewski, founder and president, served as Director of Major Gifts at the Democratic National Committee in Washington, DC during the Clinton Administration. While at the DNC, Doug raised money for the Jefferson Trust and Major Supporters Donor Councils, the two highest levels of giving to the national Democratic Party.  While at the DNC, Doug never worked on an event that raised less than $1 million.

Doug is the son of Democratic politics.  Doug’s grandfather, John "Toughy” Mussatto was the founding business agent for Ironworker’s Local 186 south of Chicago during the Labor fights of the 1930s and 40s.  John fought for workers’ rights that eventually became law under President Roosevelt.  Doug’s uncle, Lawrence “Buddy” Mussatto took the Ironworker’s BA helm and lead the union through the ’60s.  Doug’s other grandfather, Jacob, was a member of the United Mine Workers Union.  Doug is the product of this Democratic fighting spirit.  Doug believes that this heritage lives on in every Democratic campaign he consults.
